A recently released U.S. News & World Report ranked all the colleges in the nation for 2014. According to the report, Weber State University was ranked 80th in the nation, next to six other schools. Brigham Young University received a ranking of 62, while Southern Utah University was ranked at 71. But the best in the state was Westminster College, with a ranking of 22.
Last month, President Barack Obama proposed creating a new higher education rating system. This new system would judge schools based off of the best value and student aid.
