My name is Kamiah Lansing and I am running for the Native American Student Senator position. I am born from the Bitter Water People and born for the Many Goats People. I am from Dennehotso Arizona located on the beautiful Navajo reservation and I am currently a senior majoring in respiratory therapy. I came to Weber State to seeking the best education possible and I feel that I have found just that. The faculty, professors and the counselors have all helped me get that much closer to a brighter future. I hope to do the same for my fellow Native American students by being a strong advocate on their behalf. Its my goal to be relatable, supportive, and an example to others.
